    This depends on the damage they have done. If they stripped the leaves the hay will not be near as good.

            At that point, yeah the worms have already won. Just curious on the cost per acre from those on here that posted they have had this done. Every situation is different as some don't have the equipment or ability to cut hay as soon as they see army worms.

              I know people that spray with small tractors to folks that have used crop dusters (so much acreage that there was no way to spray it and do any good on the ground)

                  Prevathon is about $17 an ac to spray but has one of the longer residuals.

                    FedEx just delivered some Bifen L/P that I ordered Monday. I`m gonna mow and throw it down asap and get it watered in. Leaving town for a few days and didn`t want to get back home and my lawn eat down. We live in rural community with costal fields all around.
