Tactacam Revel Question

I’m setting up for the first time. The camera sends pics to the SD card, but not to the app.
Any suggestions?

^^^Pretty sure Bish is onto something.

We’ve set up a few and haven’t had an issue with them sending pics. Just make sure you signed up with a plan, otherwise, it works as a normal trail cam.

It needs to be set on timely delivery to get pics instantly. Like right now I have mine set to send once a day at 7pm.

Recheck your set up. When I open the app I can see every pic taken. Just looked and have deer pics from 5 minutes ago

Is it sending the "test pic" under the setup mode?
Do you have reception/bars on the screen?

It could also be a signal issue. I’ve got two of them on the lease using Verizon and they work fine.
