I finally bought a Can Am Defender. What is the best rack or holder to mount on one of these machines to secure my bow during the ride around the ranch?

Just but it in a cheap Plano case in the bed. Leaving in exposed will turn it into a dusk magnet.

This is what I did when I had a Ranger. Pretty much the only way to keep it dust free. I went with the Plano SE44 and took out the arrow holding foam so I could put the bow in the case with the quiver on it ready to go. Its plenty wide to get it done. I still use one to this day for travel to and from the lease.
