First and foremost a Born and raised in Texas proud.....
When I think of this great state, I reflect on it's rich history that emboldens the true definition of perseverance and courage. The fight for independence, the birth of a country followed by Statehood. The history of the different cattle drives and the large ranches that dot the landscape. How many leaders of this great nation were born in Texas? This and so much more is built in to each and every Texan. No matter where you go people know your from Texas and if they don't you will let them know. I hope as my kids move through life that they carry that same feeling of pride because they are Texans.
