Show me where in the doll the Owl hurt you.
A&M has some odd traditions for sure. I really don’t think a lot of the older UT guys know what campus there is like now. Tons of family money acting like idiots and weird people….I used to get the appeal but now I just don’t see it.

I didn’t see that you had already handled it before I posted! Thanks for steering it back in the right direction.

I apologize. Here is ESPN FPI current win % for Ags. It’ll obviously change as season goes on. I am Very excited to get rolling.
Prarie View A&M 99.8%
New Mexico 98.5%
Kent State 97.9%
South Carolina 93.2%
Colorado 88.2%
Mississippi State 83%
Arkansas 81.6%
Missouri 79.5%
Auburn 78.7%
Ole Miss 66.9%
LSU 64.3%
Alabama 34.4%
On a side note, I like Following Vegas odds. Glancing through numbers right now. Texas opened as a -16.5 favorite against Louisiana Lafayette and has already dropped to a -9.5 favorite. Interesting

I love watching TCU, Baylor, Tech and others compete and every once in a while, pull off an upset. I love the underdog, and if this plays out like I’m afraid it is going to, there won’t be any more of that. That sucks.
The same can be said for Texas. If they don’t commit themselves to winning in a way that they haven’t before, they will get pummeled in the SEC.

If we’re going this route, then you might as well do away with scholarship limits, let schools directly pay players, implement full on free agency and eliminate Title IX balance for women’s athletics.
Sorry, I’ve come to have higher expectations from you (that’s a compliment, btw.)

In regards to direct pay and everything else you mentioned up there, I would be fine with that. It would be honest. The system now isn’t and hasn’t been for a very long time. Most of those things are currently in place already. They are just done under the table.

That’s an SEC schedule? But I was told it was murder’s row week after week. [emoji15]
Texas would be favorable in every game except Bama as well with that schedule.
As far as Louisiana, I’d put everything I own on -16.5. There why it’s dropping: Louisiana was a Top 25 team that was 9-1 (I believe) that returns most of the team with a **** good coach. Texas is playing its first game with a new HFC, staff and two schemes on both sides of the ball. I don’t know the outcome but that’s why so many are jumping on Louisiana. Oh and according to everyone one here Texas is a scrub team here. Get your bets in.
