Nope. Very common and not foundation related.

Will only need to be repaired if the corner chunks off.

The wall on that corner is slowly shifting down word You will start to see the brick on that corner crack.

Id be more concerned that I don't see any weep holes in the brick. Hopefully they are just not in this little section.

I do have weep wholes, just not in the pic.
House is 2.5 years old, has 10 year foundation warranty, looking to possibly sell, wanted to ensure the corner wasn't an issue.

That's a good pic to use to protest your property taxes.

How do you figure? You can knock off the whole bottom 2 bricks in that corner and it still won’t shift or settle if the brick is done properly.

It’s very common. Usually from someone removing the forms to soon or happens during construction from someone hitting the corner with something or running over the edge with something. Typically from the first option and you usually don’t see it till later after some time due to expansion or contraction.
I highly doubt it extends beyond the brick ledge.

                            No problem
Had 2-3 of those for 15 years
                            Never did anything else

Those corner pops are entirely typical on post tension foundations.
