If you name the probably 25 or so edible fish in this country, I have not eaten them all. I have enough of them to know that I will eat almost any fish. Crabs, shrimp, crawfish and any other aquatic animals that I have had, I liked.
It is the same with red meat. I have eaten plenty of whitetail and some axis, mule deer, goat and oryx. I have never had nilgai or some of the other wild game animals however I doubt that I would turn them away. The same goes for frogs, rattlesnakes, any poultry, etc.
I have eaten every type of bean and vegetable ever put in front of me. I don’t particularly like beets or turnips but I would eat them. Asparagus, cauliflower, Broccoli, okra, any kind of greens including bok choy, etc., and I am good to go.
About the only thing I do not like is liver. Yes, I’ve had it cooked the right way. What it is does not bother me however I just do not like the taste to the point of, I would literally have to be starving to death and a piece of liver was between me and eternity.

Very few items on my list. Wife and I will do a bag of snails in garlic and butter for lunch.
Currently chasing a bowl of turtle soup in Houston. Looks like I have to buy a sports coat to get into Brennens. Guess I should have one or two in the closet anyway.
Any other ideas on turtle soup in H town??????
