We have been in McLendon Chisholm, just south of Rockwall, for 11 years and have no complaints. Most homes are on 1+ acre lots. Prices here are extremely high now, like most areas. Good luck.

That whole area is now just Dallas east. The way it is growing I am pretty sure anything you buy now will double in price in 10 years.

Sunnyvale is a great place to live, especially if you have kids.
