What is this window sticker symbol?

Was out running an errand this morning, saw a vehicle window sticker with an unusual symbol, looked like a circle with two half-circles attached…any idea what it is, or what it means?

I’m usually the most un-hip guy in the room, so will label myself as an old fogey before one of you youngsters does, Ha!

Yeah…being kidnapped…and had the time to get some sticky material and a scissors…cut out a symbol that means something to them and no one else…stick it to the back window of the car they are being kidnapped in…ride around until it is covered with dust like the rest of the car…and hope to get rescued…sounds like an episode of World’s Dumbest Victims! The ultimate Chew storyline! Ha! (I do like some of your stories though, so keep them coming!)
