I’ve got a green led light in mine. From Amazon and installed using a little toggle switch. It’s awesome and doesn’t seem to bother animals.

      Green rock lights from Amazon.

I put 4 of them in but don’t really need that many. They are brighter than I was expecting.

Are those mounted to the roof, hard wired?

I have Rock Lights (red) installed in my Mule. On a dimmer switch. Only one on the roof, the others are on the back of the seat and close to the floor. Can set bright enough to do anything you need to do, or dim enough to be stealthy. I can try to get pics tonight if you want.

Yes they are. I ran some 2x2 roof supports across it a few years ago because the roof bounced a lot and was noisy. They are mounted those. I have a switch panel on the dash.

Yes, I’d like to see this set up.

Ok. I'll try to remember. Heck you are just up the road. Come by sometime and take a look in person.

First is a pic of my switches. You can see the round dimmer switch next to the "Feeder" switch. The dimmer is the only switch that will operate without the key turned on, and that's by design.

Here is a pic of the light on the roof. It's actually on the rollbar right in the center of the machine.

Doors closed and lights turned down. They are way brighter in the pic than in real life.

Doors open with lights turned down. Again, way brighter in the pic than in actuality.

And here is one with the lights turned up.

Also, I had the lights in the switches disconnected so NO switches light up. I like a dark dash when trying to get to stands in the dark. Much easier to see when running with no head lights on.

So my set up is very similar except I have 4 lights in the roof. And my lights are rgbw and bluetooth controlled from my phone. I can dim and brighten, and make my lights any color from red to white to anything in between. Great minds think alike. I also have some battery operated magnetic light I like as well.

I will tell you one thing, my dad used some strip/tape lights that he installed around the floorboard and I guess he chose the wrong color because the bugs were be so bad that you couldn't even stand it.

I've got a couple cube lights on the front bumper like that. I wanted them for red driving lights. They look really cool and look like they would work, but they won't light up a dang thing when set on red. Like you can't even tell they are on.

Do you have any links to your components?

No sir. I just piece-milled everything together on line.

I pictured this and laughed so hard!
