Pace Bend Park Hotel or Camping Recommendations

My wife has a triathlon the week after next in Pace Bend Park. I need some recommendations on either a hotel or a camp grounds that we can stay at for the weekend. I know the park has camp sites (improved and primitive) but I am not familiar with the park and its facilities so any recommendations would be appreciated.

it is all primitive camping and improved camping with hook ups.......not sure if there is a Hotel close to the park in Spicewood, but Lakeway is just down the road and has a few hotels there........

Are the camping facilities there at the park nice?

I have never camped there. I don't live too far away and used to launch my boat there a lot in the past. They look to be decent spots and it is a big park......very popular with the younger crowd........other than that I don't know much about it....
