    Nikon is the best!

Talk about good warranty service! Had a 2 years old pair of Nikon Monarch's. The roll up eye piece came off. Send it back and within about 2-3 weeks got a "BRAND NEW CURRENT MODEL" pair (including new case and strap) as replacement. Hard to get any better than that.

I have the same pair of Binos with the same issue. Where did you send them? I need to do this.

I need to know where HarleyStan send them, not AggieBH. I had the same thing happen. Just been living with it.

a old friend of mine had a problem with an old scope, the zoom adjustment sounded like it had sand in it they told him to send it to them and since they did not make his model scope anymore they sent him a new one of the same power and magnifications.
Now that's got good service written all over it!!

Had a gun fall out of the blind and bent the leupy scope....told them what happend and got a new on free.

Had the same thing happen to a buddy who left his gun on the hood of the truck and got a nice bounce down a caliche road...same fix.

This is why most of mine are leupy. Nice to see other companies follow suit.

Larue & Oehler Research also has a no nonsense lifetime set up.

My son droped his Nikon binos and sent them in. They repaired them for $10+ shipping. When he got them in the mail the box was crushed and they were broken. Called them up and he sent them back. I a week he had a brand new pair that was overnighted.
