Brad is good and a good guy too. Cindy has done business with him on both sides of a transaction plus he used to bring us buyers on occasion when we were building. Have known him and his mother for a lot of years.

A resounding “yes”. Was just there this past weekend. Cruised through Pebble Creek as well as as Emerald Forest. You might check out Millican Reserve as well. They have an interesting concept going on out there. King Oaks is nice also.
