Saddest movies of all time.

Old Yeller and Where the Red Fern Grows of course. Marley and Me just about killed me and I was stupid enough to go see it in the theater. When their dog couldn't make it up the stairs I lost it and every memory of my old dog trying to go upstairs and me carrying her up at night came back hard.

As a lifetime yellow lab man, this movie hurt my heart also.

I'm surprised I haven't heard mention of the movie The Yearling.

Somewhere in time, with Christopher Reeves hit me hard as a young man.

I already said “Brian’s Song”, but if you can watch “Taking Chance” without tears running down your face, your heart is gone.

I agree Curt.

That movie stirs your inner core as an American patriot and is about as disturbing and real as it gets. For those that haven’t seen it I highly recommend. I urge you to get your children (if of age) to watch it as well.
