What’s the best tree ID resource?

Seek app. No need to take a pic, just hold the leaves or fruit in the view of the camera and it will identify it. Great app.

I’ll throw another recommendation for the iNaturalist app. It is astoundingly accurate. It will almost always get the Genus correct, then you can look through the different species pics for a better ID.

Well, my books came in, and I used the key in the book to ID my first tree. I used the iNaturalist app to verify my findings. American Beech is what I have a lot of in my back yard. Thanks for all the help! This is going to be fun.
