Diquat application ratio

Anyone ever spot sprayed a tank with Diquat and a pump up sprayer if so, what ratio did you use, I don't understand there wording. I will only be doing parts of the tank at a time.

Open the peel apart cover and follow instructions. It should cover all recommendations for landscape, industrial recreational, commercial, residential and public areas.
