I was given one quite a while back. I gave it away. Save your money and just go shoot your bow.

I bought one for my daughter to train with when she was starting out. She would stand at one end of the hall with a small target at the end. Using her release and the laser pointer she would practice drawing, and settling the “pin”. It helped her build up her support muscles and practice form inside
