BIG MAN Cot questions

I was after "that awesome cot" for a while, from my experience: lower your expectations and find one that you like, but don't expect it to perform and last as you expect.

They don't make them like they used to. My Father had one that was a British Army one and it served him in the service and both my older brothers used for camping and was finally handed down to me and it was still solid. yeah!!! they definitely don't exist anymore.

Like others have said the Cabela xl with pad is good and the Davis tent cot is even easier to setup and stouter than the Cabela xl. Both are good options.
