    Leveling 20x20 building.

At the property in Leon County, I have about a 20x20 building that needs leveling on one side. Is this something a couple of people can do or should I hire it done? What would be estimated costs? Only needs to go up about 4-5 inches, it sets on three blocks on that side. If do it myself, what size jack and other equipment do I need? Thanks

You might be able to do it with a hi-lift farm jack. I used one on my 16x20. But I had to use a regular car jack and a long extension handle to level up the center supports/blocks.

If you decide to hire somebody, Sergio has a good crew in Jewett and works all over the county. He's done work for me and a whole lot of work for TBH'er KHo. 903-907-0361

I recommend hydraulic jack. You can dig down some to make it fit till you have it high enough.

A big hydraulic jack will make short work of that, several would be better.

I used a floor jack on a storage building for work.

I did a 12x20 with a couple large bottle Jacks then used the mobile home type stands on concrete pavers

Soon as it dries up enough I'm gonna try it with a 35 hp tractor with forks and a couple Hi Lifts. Maybe a floor jack if needed.
