Mason ranch near Concan ??

Anyone hunted on the Mason ranch out near Reagan Wells and concan ? They have a opening , the lease manager was honest and said they are trying to get deer herd built back up because it's been hunted hard in recent years , it's 6000 acres , a few exotics , hog , javelina , turkeys... I know there's not huge deer in that area but just wondering if anyone hunted on the ranch in recent years . Thanks

Looked at a spot on there about 6 years ago. Very pretty country but we didn't see a single deer or any sign the evening we toured the place.
