A couple weeks ago my good friend Clinton was involved in a head on collision where he was completely in the wrong. There is no excuse for what he did, period. He has screwed his life up to the point where I’m worried about him hurting himself instead of owning up to the consequences. He has been my hunting and fishing buddy for 7 years, but in that time his drinking has gotten out of hand. So much so that we had an intervention a week before his accident. He didn’t speak to me again until I walked into his hospital room to visit him.
The two passengers in the other vehicle were both seriously hurt. They deserve the majority of the prayers for healing and a hopefully make a complete recovery. One was a child, which makes the situation all the worse.
I know I’m going to lose my friend for a period of time, but please pray for strength that he faces the consequences instead of doing the unthinkable. He really does not have much going for him right now and could use the prayers
