That uncle Chris is great on venison too. I rub a deer shoulder with it and throw it in a big insta pot. Add potato’s, carrots, onions...Even people who claim to hate venison eat it.

Kroger carries the Salt Grass steak seasoning. Has a big "7" on the label. Season heavy.

I haven’t tried Uncle Chris’ yet.
Recently I picked up a bottle of Hutchins BBQ brisket seasoning and it’s fantastic any kind of beef. I found it at Buccee’s.
Otherwise I’m usually plain old coarse ground Kosher salt and coarse ground black pepper with a little bit of garlic powder.
