I've seen 1 roadkill otter in Decatur on FM51

I have a house down in San Leon. We have an otter that lives around us. We see him every so often.

Thats pretty cool. Don't think I could ever bring myself to shoot one even if in my pond. I would probably trap and relocate to major lake.
