Fishing starts Monday morning at 1st light.[emoji476] 20 mph winds expected but we ain't skeered!!![emoji854]
We presented Big John with embroidered shirts made for this occasion. He shed a few tears of gratitude and appreciation but the honor was all ours.[emoji1270]

Wow....pure epicness in the Sportsmans Paradise!!! [emoji1270] Yall, we absolutely slaughtered them. Over 100 fish put in the boat today, with 88 kept over 2 days. The 1st cast started with a trout and the last cast ended with a trout!!![emoji476]
Personal records by all 4 fisherman were shattered. Zero complaints, zero concerns and tentatively slated for a June or July when Big John's grandson Reese can tag along with us.
Biggest fish was a redfish landed by Big John......42.25" & 25.25 pounds.....which beat his biggest from 30 years ago!!![emoji1787] I got the 2nd biggest redfish at 42" & 26.8 pounds.....which slaughtered my biggest by 10 pounds plus.[emoji106] My brother's redfush was 3rd at 38.5" & 20 pounds exact......his 1st ever redfish.....lol!!![emoji2957] Austin's 1st ever redfish, speck, sheepshead and hard head catfish.. His redfish was probably 15 pounds and it nearly took him overboard.....I grabbed him by the belt loop just in case......[emoji854].
Did I mention 2 blacktip sharks were landed by me and Big John? [emoji38] It was by far one of the most satisfying trips on multiple levels for me. The entire time brought back our childhood adventures in the saltwater......plus my nephew is hooked for life!!![emoji95][emoji476][emoji95] I will add more pics as I sift thru them.
