I've been unemployed for a couple of months and is it me or does TWC do everything they can to make it difficult? Yesterday, I get a random 817 call from a guy asking for my info. I declined to provide information to a stranger and told him I would rather call him back. He response with "good luck" and then tells me he is an investigator. I'm like ok, then send me an email and I'll call you back. He does, but the number provided busy from 8 to 5 and want take messages after hours. (I guess he was right)
Two weeks ago, I had a hold on my account and they couldn't even tell me why. I get their busy, but they seem to be making it harder on themselves. Just send a request for info via email and I'll respond.
