1-2x a week, anything to do with ground meat we use the ground venison (50/50 grind with brisket). Typically burgers but sometimes tacos, hamburger helper or my sons favorite, mom's homemade venison meatloaf.
If my wife weren't such a sticker for the "gamey" taste of the meat we would eat it all the time. That being said I do substitute ground venison for beef when she's not looking.
