Has anybody ever used a online resume builder? Helping wife with applying for a job in a similar field that she is in now. Neither of us have done a resume in 20yrs. This may be a one time shot and we really need it to count. Currently signed up for a paid subscription resume builder website. Any body have any luck with these?

There is a guy on here that writes them I think. Hopefully he will chime in, he might still do them.
I used to write as a side gig for the company behind TopResume. I work full time in consulting/software, then hired on with them to write resumes in that industry. That's how most their writers are. The resume formats they use is pretty effective and the writers do it day in and day out so usually know their stuff. If you go that route, don't pay extra for LinkedIn profile. Just copy/paste the resume info in.
