Mount or fry, that is the question

I caught my PB crappie today. 15.5” and 2.3lbs. Should I have it mounted or should I submerge it’s delicious flesh in hot grease?[emoji3166]

Mount that bad boy. You can catch a couple smaller ones later.

You have pictures and measurements. Fry it and have a replica made.

Nice crappie. Ya got pics and weight. Put that sucker in some grease, cook up some fries and hush puppies, open a cold beer and hurt yourself.

I think the replicas look great. No reason you can’t do both!
