So based on the situation did he set the officer up? Says the trooper was responding to a stranded vehicle & this dude comes out guns a blazing
Was there a call in on the stranded vehicle asking for help or trooper just noticed it
Crazy & ridiculous situation
Hoping & praying the trooper pulls through ok
