Our turkeys don't like to get in pens and prefer milo to corn, so we mix milo with corn to keep them around.

Weird....Our turkeys in the same area have no issues in pens.... I mean they do the normal dumb turkey back and forth trying to figure out the fence they have been over 200 times but they are in and out of them daily. How big are your pens?

Some are small. The bigger ones are 12 panels of hog panel. They get in them some, but they have only been there a since September or October.

Y'all got alot more turkeys than we do being closer to a river.

They’ll get used to the bigger ones eventually. We are about 10 miles from the river. All our water is concrete troughs fed by wells ..
