Can't upload to TBH- "manage attachments" not working

When I "choose file"- nothing happens, nothing at all. This is where it stops. I've uploaded pics easily before and know the process, not sure why it's giving me a hard time.

I'm home at the ranch and our internet is good, but not great so when I tried to update my laptop it says it will take 27 days. So I'll take it to town this afternoon to our family house with city internet and update it.

It was my browser. I switched to chrome and it's working. Internet explorer must need an update or something.

If it doesn't work again, screenshot your pictures before uploading. It'll work everytime
