We are in week three living at the Marriott
All the plumbing is fixed and most of the drywall and ceiling is back together but the entire downstairs is down to cement floors. Decided to go ahead and scrap our master bath while we were at it and I’m glad we did, had some leaks under the tub and in both the shower and bath drains. We are at least 4 more weeks from moving back in.

Waiting for the plumber to come back and fix some leaks at the doublewide at the ranch. They were out once and ran out of fittings. Since no one stays in it full time it is not a priority and I’m ok with that.

I’m using the same plumber as Atfulldraw.

Just got all mine in barn fixed. Pretty sure I have one leaking in the yard. I have a pretty green spot.

Well, I found out today that the wand on my spray rig froze and busted during the big freeze. Sucker was in my shop too....

I had about 15 or so breaks. Luckily all under the house and not in walls or ceilings. Fixed all the piping myself right after the freeze. Still need to replace insulation and plywood I removed to get to it.

My parents still have 1 pipe busted but it’s right near the shower and they were able to cap it. I’m headed that way next weekend to fix it for them. Thankfully most of my family lives close so they can still shower lol.
