Weekend getaways

Next week my wife and I are celebrating our 9th anniversary. We are looking for a weekend trip. We live in North Texas. What do you guys suggest? Where to go, where to stay? We have had thoughts of Hot Springs, but we are open to anywhere.

Bandera is a cool place to visit. Wife and I went a few years ago, stayed in a cabin and went on a horse back ride through the hills.

Broken Bow...quick trip for you here in N Tx. Tons of cabins but short notice might be a tough rental.
