55gallon plastic drum. cut the top off. Drill 3/4" hole in the top and side of the barrel at the bottom. 3 / 4 pvc valve and bulkhead connectors. 120v water transfer pump rated for continuous duty or backyard water feature pump is better. pipe in and out. The top is your aerator so it needs to be about 6" above the water level and able to "spray" water down. I use this setup for both live well or bait well. keep it in the shade. Put a net over the bait well to keep the birds and stuff out

Tell him to come out of retirement and build me a system like that.

Im thinking my 55gal tank filled about half with a 5 gallon drip system in the top. Fill it up and let drip fresh new water throughout they day and drain old. Filter system and aerators

Well water that will work. Would not use tap water with chlorine in it.

This is what I do, use sponges for the filter, and a bilge pump to circulate.
Use a little bait keeper and you can keep mullet, & bream alive indefinitely.
I will post some pics this evening if I can remember.

Dechlorinator works for it. Cheap from pet stores

                That's where I got mine.

The fish are biting, and there's hogs to be kill-t. Gotta go!

This is how to raise them but you can keep them alive too,
