Yes, just remember that it’s a cold line not hot.

I’d mark it with a sharpie if you’re saying you are running 2 blue lines (hot/cold).

If you use blue for a hot water line the water will never come out hot. You will only have 2 cold lines.

get some red marking tape from the electrical dept and wrap the ends of the hot line

I ran out of blue/red on a remote job. Had some white and some red/blue sharpies. Marked them that way. Get some tape as mentioned above.
Note that if you use white tubing you will get neither hot nor cold in either line -- just lukewarm. If you mark them, though, it's all good.

Just don't yellow.....I did that once and my hot water came out as fire !
