Tankless water heater froze - Now leaks

Brand new conventional hot water heater for 400$?

My water heater has a grand total of 3 parts.

thermostat

I ran the numbers a few years back and came to the same conclusion. It just wasn’t cost effective to go with a tankless. I do appreciate the efficiency but costs need to come way down before it makes fiscal sense
