We're going to make Italian rustida, our usual family hearty winter meal. Basically a stew made with pork loin and sweet pork breakfast sausage (luganega) and served with polenta. Only make it usually once a year.

Turkey chili with beans for the next few days. Cause I had to quit eating beef. And didn't kill a deer this year.

Gonna be another long year till the next deer season.

The fish are biting, and there's hogs to be kill-t. Gotta go!
