well Alaska Hunt Booked...now the wait begins

I booked a Dall Sheep and mountain grizzly hunt in the Wrangell's for fall 2023. was back and forth between Canada and Alaska, but the COVID mess and the idea that the canada outfitters may go without hunting for two years made me uneasy, as I think alot of outfits might go under. So, I booked with a guide I really trust in Alaska and cant wait to get up there.

I will need all 2.5 years to get in shape for it, but a dream I had as a 8 year old kid is coming to reality. My dad was grinning from ear to ear when I broke the news, as this will be the first leg towards the sheep slam I have wanted to chase since middle school. I plan to keep this thread updates as I purchase gear, etc. so those that want can follow along.
