ISO welder or fabricator to built out trailer

Looking for a welder or someone handy to build out a standard 16ft stock trailer to haul exotics. Need 4 cut gates built that bi fold and pin against the wall. Also need some sheet metal welded to the sides of trailer. Someone in the Hill country or south Texas preferred. Thanks.

Have you thought about the local ag department. When I was in school we built stuff all of the time for people. When I taught Ag we would do the same.

Yeah he said they were capable and it would be a good project but it was more of an August type project.
