    Punta Cana charters

I'm going on my honeymoon in 2 weeks and the wife has agreed to a half day fishing charter. Anyone have a preferred charter for deep sea? Price isn't a huge concern.

No help with fishing charters. The DR is where we honeymooned and it was awesome. Make sure you try the drink mama Juana, they called it the baby maker where we went.

We went this past summer and caught 25 Mahi and a couple Barracuda. We went with Aficianado Punta Cana. I dont think there is a ton of difference as long as you know what you want to fish for/how big the boat is. The fishing is great there. The Marina in Punta Cana is one of the coolest Marinas you will see.

Funny you said that we honeymooned there as well and I recall a bar tender telling me the same thing!

I can’t remember the charter we fished with there. I can tell you the seas where angry, I’ll never get my daughters off shore again! Congratulations on the catch (Bride)!

If price isn't a "huge concern", then I would book a nice sportfisher with all the comforts of home. Just target whatever is easiest to catch. Your new bride will love "fishing" and be more willing to go back more often!!!! In 5 years you'll be booking a panga!!!

I'll have to look into that, if I tell the wife, that's all she will be drinking.

That's what I'm hoping for, maybe even a sailfish or tuna. Thank you!

Thank you. I'm hoping they wont be too rough for her.

Thank you. I was planning on a "fancier" boat for more comfort for her. She likes to fish, but gets bored easy if we aren't catching anything.

Tease Me Sportfishing. He is a serious marlin fisherman who speaks fluent english. We went 3/3 on blues before lunchtime.

Reconsider the marriage, she only agreed to 1/2 day of fishing.

They are in my top two, along with big marlin. The reviews are great on both. When did you go?

In her defense, I mentioned a half day. If I pushed for a full day she would go for it, I would just have to cater to her more.
