If you’re looking at max consider the new Mac Mini or MacBook Air/Pro with the M1 chip. It will have no problems doing what you want. Check out some of the of the comparisons on YouTube. We’ve got a Mac mini with the 512SSD and 16gb of ram, don’t think anything can compare even at twice the price.

13" monitor isn't enough for trading apps. I recently bought a new laptop and went with 17". I also have a docking station with two 24" monitors.

I went with the Dell.

Now what do I need to install to ensure it stays virus and bug free? It comes with 1 year of Mcaffe Is that good enough?

I hate av software, especially suites that “do everything.” They cause more problems than theyre worth, and simple av works well. Windows defender comes free with the OS, and updates regularly.

O365 is the only way to get ms office suite now.

Please uninstall all of the dell bells and whistle software for the same reason as the av suites.
