20% Down
10 Year Fixed @ 5%

They were very easy to work with and am trying to work another one with them right now.

Capital farm credit is who I used. We closed back in November. 3% on a 10 yr fixed rate/30 year note. This was on 87 acres in east Texas. Easy application and loan process with the local office

Another vote for Capital Farm Credit. That’s who I use. Super easy process and they know their stuff.

I did a 20 year, 20% down 4.5% in July 2020 local bank

FSA loan. Gotta be set up with Ag taxes I think. 0 down, 2.5% 40 years. They have a website

I closed one in December with Texas Farm Credit, 20% down, 3.95%, 30 yrs

I bought my SOT in 2019. When the bank was reviewing the details/paperwork they commented that since the land had a house(800sq ft) the loan would qualify as a regular home mortgage. As a result, I was able to do the typical 5% down, 20yrs at 4.25%. I lucked out for sure. The bank was Member Home loan in Houston.
