Just went thru this last February. Capital Farm Credit was as easy as I've ever done. You are buying into a coop so the check you get back equates to an effective rate around 3.5-4%. I think i did 25% down and 20 years and pretty sure the agent was out of Beeville. Can get his contact if you are interested.Comment
