I would go with Will Janecek with WJ Outfitters. He would be a bay fishing guide, so only 4 people but he's put together multiple boats for me before. good guy

My family fished with Will last week. He was great with the kids and put us on the fish. Caught 16 reds (8 over 28 inches, 1 trout and 1 drum) He worked hard to get us on the fish with the crazy winds. Would definitely recommend him.

Prepare for mosquitos. They were terrible last time I was there. I took a mosquito head net and the guys laughed at me for wearing it. By the second day they quit laughing.
