    Michael picked them up this year. I thought I heard someone say they might have been a little bigger than usual. I'm guessing hog in 30-35 size range would work well for the links and dried we made. I'm no expert, though.

      i buy my casings from Eckermans. I need to look and see if they have a size. I buy regular and casings for dried there. They are a little smaller but not as small as sheep casings
