Working a deal out for my sister on a pipeline right of way through a small place she owns. Should we have them mulch or doze and burn? Which is better for the wildlife overall? It’s only 16 acres but we do hunt the place every once in a while. Any issues riding a 4-wheeler over mulched areas? I have only dealt with ROWs in west Texas; new to this mulching option. Thanks

The last line that was ran thru our place was mulched, but all mostly pines. It was a good job. No big pieces left. But with big hardwoods, can’t go wrong with a dozer.
