Central Texas pond building costs?

I messed up
Had my quarter acre pond dug today but didn't have the guy drop any root balls or that big old cedar tree in it

So now I just have a big hole and will need to add structure

I got a couple pallets of cinder blocks I can toss in I guess

This will be a 100% bluegill pond
Too small for bass or cat
Tilapia would have froze to death last week
