Ragin Blaze Chili for a client

A couple of weeks ago one of my clients and friend at Woodlands collision center ask me if I had a good chili recipe because he had signed up for a competition.
At the Southeren Star brewing company.
My answer was no,but told him I know a man that does.
And that I would sponsor all the spices for the cook off.
I contacted Blake and got web site info and ordered 3 chili packs a seafood boil, fajita seasoning and some ragin blaze seasoning for Joe and his team.
Friday night I received a text that he had his chili meat seasoned.. and had everything ready to cook the next day..




He followed the directions that came with the chili mix.
Saturday evening I received a text.. Your not going to believe
Our chili took first place!! Out of 9 teams.
Wow it made my evening.
A Big shout out to Blake thank you for the awesome spices.

I do believe Joe and Rickey indulged in the free brew.

Follow the instructions. It’s that good but play it to your taste on future cooks but again not really necessary. Awesome stuff.
