Yes. I wondered if you could call it chilli with 1 bean.

It has nothing to do with Terlingua. I think they have a with beans category now.

It's about chili being invented in Texas. Was it the San Antonio chili queens or the cooks on cattle drives? Neither had beans.

I make a mean pot of borracho beans. I'm not messing them up by adding chili to them....but they have chiles.

Chile con carne is different. It goes on the cheese enchiladas with cheese and onions. The beans are a side. The **** beans do not go in the chile con carne. Lol.
