    Rant of Kodak customer services.

My daughter broke her camera this weekend and I called to see if it would be cheaper to fix it or buy a new one. The camera was around $300 hundred when I bought it for Christmas. I was advised it could be fixed for $70. I told them that I wanted to send it in and get it fixed. Kodak advised me that I had to give them my credit card number so they could bill the repairs, after giving them this information and waiting on hold for 20 minutes they came back advised that they were having computer problem and I needed to call back in an hour to finish the order. I called back, and thought everything was taken care of after this phone call. I checked my online statement and found out that they billed my card 12 times, so I called back and advised the rep who could not speak English what they did. She informed me that they were having trouble with the credit card machine, I told her I can see running the card once or twice but 12 times. She told me that it would take up to 30 days to get the problem fixed. I told them that they had 24 hours to reveres 11 of the charges and if they did not they would need to pay for the all my overdraft charges. After taking to her for 30 minutes and not getting anywhere, I asked to speak with her supervisor, I had no luck with him, and he kept telling me it would take 30 days to make the changes. At this point I am not in a very good mood, I called my bank explained to them what had happen. They took all the charges off my card and I cancelled the repairs.

Call your CC company and have them stop payment immediately.

Went back to them and "expressed" my feelings.... walked away with a 50 dollar gift card. woot woot.

Glad you got that mess taken care of though.

Call Kodak corporate and start ripping. Nothing takes 30 days.
